Suite Joy is a lovely and romantic apartment, modern and functional, located on the mezzanine floor of our main house, in via Mantova n°4 in Peschiera del Garda, very close to the center and the lake.

It is a very bright, colorful and welcoming suite, of approximately 35 m2, with a double bedroom and separate living area with kitchenette, sofa bed (1 bed) and bathroom with shower.

The Suite has an independent entrance from the condominium courtyard, with a parking space in front inside the property.

The furniture is new, original and colourful, well equipped and very functional.

Equipment:

hairdryer, air conditioning / heating, TV with digital terrestrial (Italian channels), iron, vacuum cleaner, household detergents, kitchen complete with dishes, microwave oven, fridge / freezer, electric kettle, toaster. Possibility of a cot for children 0-3 years.

Services included supply of sheets and towels (linen changes excluded - the apartments are equipped with a washing machine and all the items necessary for drying and ironing), supply of toilet paper, washing machine, hairdryer, free wi-fi connection.

Extra services and taxes:

There is no daily cleaning service or linen replacement.

Since our apartments are delivered clean and tidy, at the time of check-out we ask our guests to leave the accommodations in good hygiene and tidy conditions.

Final cleaning costs: €30.00 if the accommodation is left in a good state of order and cleanliness, €70.00 if it is left dirty and untidy.

CITY TAX:

The Municipal Tourist TAX is mandatory for all guests over 12 years of age, applicable for up to 21 nights. It is equal to €. 1.50/night and must be paid in cash at check-in.
