Casa Vacanza offers 4 fixed beds + 3 additional beds, is located in via Mantova n. ° 4 in Peschiera del Garda. The house is a typical Venetian residence, carefully renovated, spacious and welcoming with a development of about 75 square meters on 2 levels:

         on the ground floor there are living room with sofa bed, kitchen, large bathroom with shower and washing machine;
         on the first floor there are two separate bedrooms: one with a double bed and a separated bedroom with bunk beds more a sofa bed, as well as a large terrace (The beds reach a maximum of 7 ).
The house is located within our property and has a small courtyard for exclusive use with garden table and chairs and a private parking space for guests.

Equipment:
washing machine, hairdryer, air conditioning / heating, TV with digital terrestrial, toys and books for children, iron, vacuum cleaner, household detergents, kitchen complete with everything needed for cooking, dishwasher, traditional oven and microwave, fridge / frezer, electric kettle, toaster, mocha and coffee maker (German type) and espresso machine.

Services included:
Supply of linen and towels (extra linen change service), air conditioning, supply of toilet paper and free connection to the wi-fi network.

Fees:
municipal tourist tax €. 1.50 / night per person > 12 years old

FINAL CLEANINGS: our apartments are delivered tidy and clean and we ask to our guests to leave the accomodations in good hygiene conditions and order atcheck-out. 

FINAL CLEANINGS SUPPLY: €. 50,00 if the apartment will be left in a good state of order and cleanliness...€.80,00 if it will be left dirty and untidy.
Change of linen and towels: the apartments are equipped with a washing machine and everything you need to dry and iron ... any requests for linen and towels change are subject to charges
